Spring Equinox Moving Meditation & Cacao Ceremony

Join us for this special event to celebrate the arrival of Spring! Kellie Moore will guide us through a moving meditation, flowing through Sun Salutations to honor the return of the sun. There will be spaciousness to go at your own pace or find a form of meditation that works best for you. Then we’ll gather in circle for a sacred cacao ceremony led by Sofia Christensen, allowing the rich, heart-opening medicine of cacao to deepen our connection to self and the season’s energy.

This reflective time will offer space for planting seeds of intention for the months ahead. As the Earth shifts, we too are invited to align our energies and embrace new beginnings with clarity, purpose, and gratitude.
