Winthrop Chamber Mission Statement:
Grow and support the community, committed to developing a vibrant Winthrop and Methow Valley economy.
Get Involved in your community
The Winthrop Chamber of Commerce is a Member driven community organization. As business owners we understand that a healthy economy builds the foundation for the rest of the community to thrive. Our goal is to ensure sustainable and consistent visitor rates as well as support and communication for our members.
Our goal for 2023 and 2024 is to build the shoulder seasons and implement systems that will serve the Chamber for the next era for Winthrop. Through marketing campaigns, new events and targeted advertising, we aim bring visitors into town during times when Winthrops carrying capacity can handle them.
We provide multiple opportunities for businesses to be involved; from serving on the board, joining various committees, attending member meetings and cocktail hours. We have also partnered with Twispworks to keep members updateed on grants and business relief funds, provide funding support and educational opportunities.
