Bend so you don’t break! This is a sport-specific yoga class taught by Bree Dillon to support injury resilience, mobility, and exertion recovery with targeted stretching and myofascial release. No yoga experience needed. It is a by-donation class, with every dollar going to the Winthrop Rink to support their matching grant for facilities upgrades in 2025.
