Nourish your body and soul while helping to feed others. This by-donation yoga class supports The Cove’s Friday Food Program. It is part of Motive’s 1st Friday Community Yoga program, where the teacher donates their time and 100% of your donations go to The Cove. Sign up ahead at www.motiveyogaco.com/events or show up to the studio a few minutes early. No experience necessary, mats available. Practice yoga and support The Cove!
