The Fork food truck serves genuine, flavorful Sri Lankan curries (some milder, some spicier) and street food. Generally located on the TwispWorks campus. We also serve fresh-cut fries and a teriyaki bowl for the less adventurous. Very diet friendly (vegan and gluten-free options); a healthy fare for all ages. Catering services are available.

Fork has chicken curry and dahl (lentils simmered in coconut milk) every day, a daily veggie curry (sometimes two), and we often have pork or beef as well. Choose as many as you would like over rice. Non-curry options too. See Full Menu for details.

We’ll prepare food in containers for you to pick up, or we can deliver for an extra charge depending on the distance from Twisp.
