OUR MISSION
We believe compassion is the path to changing the world. Our intention is to offer services from an integrated perspective; changing the way our culture views and accesses healing. Our mission is to break down the silos of modern medicine and unite science and spirituality. Focused on the realms of biology, psychology, community, and spirit Head & Heart offers yoga, therapy, workshops, and retreats.
Head & Heart connects people to evidence-based ancient healing.
“Ellen has the ability to blend a variety of historic teachings with a modern point of view. The tools she offers are really practices you can repeat in your own time – in moments when stress arises or even in moments that are joyful. Her lessons have helped me stay present in my life – no matter what is happening around me.”
